1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoloDesk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoloDesk is a cloud-based platform that provides booking management, calendar syncing, customer tracking, inventory management, and invoicing tools for solo service providers and small businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any malicious software, to interfere with the Service’s operation, or to collect data from other users without consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all customer data, booking records, and business information you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloDesk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
